Greetings friends of the enchanted forest!
I have been admittedly stressed and even a touch overwhelmed. Sometimes it can be difficult to transition out of a stressful situation into relaxation mode. I especially find it difficult to transition from busy-busy-BUSY work patterns into a nice creative flow. Life can often “block” our creative flow and muddle our happiness, so this post contains a simple exercise to help us refocus our energies and fly into an extra magical weekend!
✶ My whimsical wish is for our weekends to be filled with bright colorful explosions of creativity, an overflowing of new brilliant ideas and plenty of free time for dancing, playing, and giggling! ✶
Let’s make it happen right now:
Wash away a stressful week and clear any troubles by listening to a magical waterfall or to a fresh spring creek. While listening to the magical trickling or gushing sounds, let all of your thoughts and emotions flow out of you. Breathe through this exercise and notice any emotions or thoughts you are holding onto.
Let them go.
Let everything go.
Just let go.
Since we can’t always be in the enchanted forest and access trickling waters, I recorded an extra magical crystal clear creek for you to access ANYTIME you need. Take a minute, close your eyes, breathe in the magic, and release all thoughts as you breathe out.
Try the exercise at the office, before you start writing your masterpiece, or when you first wake up in the morning! No matter what is going on in your life, a nice healthy release will help you be magical and brilliant this weekend!
Lots of love,

Thank you, Emmy Blue! I sure needed this! Ahhhhhhh…..
Happy Friday Emmy Blue!!! Thank you for taking me into a magical weekend!
Hello Emmy. We caught your program last night! What a magical experience! You are definitely not what we were expecting…in a spellbinding way. You transported us to such a euphoric state that we might still be floating!! LOL. This world needs your fresh new face!! I can’t wait until your next show!
Blessings!

Wow! Thank you for letting me know!
*Magic activated* Thanks Emmy Blue Sky!!
I’m really happy you posted this. I saw your “wee” program weeks ago and I’ve been meaning to find your blog. My life could use some enchantments and some more Emmy blue. The story/activity you did with the magical rainbow tunnel completely changed my life…and I realize it was for 3 year olds. Haha. I’m glad to see I’m not the only Emmy Blue enthusiast. I’ve been trying to start up my writing again, but feel discouraged by the industry. It seems impossible to break into. I’m also having lots of home problems, so I’m distracted. Do you have any ideas in addition to this exercise that will help me? Thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to write. I am sorry to hear about your troubles. I can post a bit more on creating during difficult times. Often it’s our magical creative endeavors that pulls us out of the darkness. I’d recommend writing as much as possible (even if it’s just making lists of excuses why you don’t feel like writing) and also practicing this meditation daily. This process works for me. Most importantly, know that you aren’t alone. If you need support, come out to my programs and introduce yourself or find fellowship on the Emmy Blue Enchantments facebook page! Hang in there, magical things will happen soon!
Oh Emmy, I would love to be whisked up in your magic this weekend. Are you doing any events for the public this weekend?
This is a magnificent meditation! The whole world is just waiting for you to shine on it, Emmy Blue!
Hey there! I’ve been reading your blog for a while now and finally got the bravery to go ahead and give you a shout out from Kingwood Tx! Just wanted to tell you keep up the great job!
